Hamstrings Are Extremely Hard To Get Flexible If You Don’t Know These 5 Drills!

Hamstring stretching has been one of my most hated exercises because after suffering a spinal fracture my hamstrings completely locked up … as I mentioned in a recent article, your brain often inhibits movement after injury.

For me, hamstrings were seriously restricted post injury. And made worse by my sedentary lifestyle throughout school and college.

It’s been a long battle, often feeling like I take two steps forwards and three backwards at times … but finally my brain has let go, and I’m now able to really stretch my hamstrings affectively.
