We’re excited to welcome you to the tribe. By joining, you acknowledge and agree to following terms of service:

1. Fees & charges:

The UMS App subscription fees are billed on a 28-day rolling cycle for the monthly membership and every 12 months for the annual membership via Everfit and Stripe integration. UMS Mentorship fees are billed on a 28-day rolling subscription via Stripe as an additional payment.

2. Cancelation policy

All cancellations must be made via email to support@unitygym.com seven (7) days prior to the next direct debit so we have time to process. Please include your reason for cancelling in the request so we can improve our services.

3. Membership auto renew

UMS app and UMS Mentorship auto renew on a 28-day rolling basis (at your current rate) for the monthly membership and on a 12 month rolling basis for the annual membership unless cancelled in writing via email to support@unitygym.com seven (7) days prior to your next direct debit.

4. Coaching calls & holidays

UMS Mentorship coaching calls are not held on Australian public holidays, during the Christmas holiday period from December 25th until the first weekday after January 2nd, and the Easter holiday period from Good Friday to Easter Monday.

5. Social media release policy

Unity Gym uses social media to educate and grow our tribe on private and public pages and groups. We reserve the right to use client videos, photos and posts in such materials. By signing up to Unity Gym products

and services, you consent to, and release (if featured) such materials.

6. Reviews & referrals policy

We will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals and we ask that in return, you support the tribe by giving us a 5 star Google review and referring your friends to UMS.

7. Acknowledgement & disclaimer

By signing up to, or registering for the UMS app, UMS Mentorship, UMS 6-Week Peak Performance or Workshop, you ‌agree to, and accept the terms and conditions of membership, and represent to Unity Gym Group (Unity Gym Online Pty Ltd, Unity Gym Holdings Pty Ltd), its directors, team members, partners and associates or other legal entities, that there’s no medical reason that I have withheld that would prevent me from proceeding with a Unity Gym membership without endangering my health.

I have read and understand these terms and I will not hold the aforementioned responsible for any injury or damage suffered to myself as a result of training whilst following any of the Unity Gym or UMS programs.
