Unified Movement System (UMS) fees are charged in USD via Everfit (Stripe integration).
Up-front payments are billed every 365-days.
The Unified Movement System (UMS) is a 12-month program commitment and renews automatically.
Please include your reason for cancellation to help us improve our services.
A four (4)-week cooling-off period applies. During this time, you may cancel your payment plan.
If you have paid up-front, you will receive a pro-rated refund of the remaining balance within your first year.
All applications require an initial payment, either via payment plan or up-front.
After reviewing your pre-exercise questionnaire, if we determine that UMS is not the right fit for you, your initial payment will be refunded.
For security and geographical reasons, all refunds are processed via PayPal.
5. Office Hours Policy
Unity Gym customer support and coaching team office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm AEST.
Coaches and customer support are unavailable on weekends, Australian public holidays, the Christmas holiday period (December 25 to January 2), and the Easter period (Good Friday to Easter Monday).
By using any products or services, or by signing up to the UMS Online Coaching (via Everfit), you agree to and accept these Terms of Service.
You represent to Unity Gym (Unity Gym Online Pty Ltd, Unity Gym Holdings Pty Ltd, their directors, team members, partners, associates, and related entities) that you have not withheld any medical information that would prevent you from safely participating in an exercise program.
