We’re excited to welcome you to the tribe. By joining, you acknowledge and agree to following terms of service:

1. Review & referrals policy

We will go above and beyond to over deliver, and we ask that in return, you align with the five Unity Gym core values (1. Support The Tribe, 2. Take Personal Responsibility, 3. Pursue Personal Development, 4. Take Massive Action, 5. Strive For Results). This means: leaving us a 5 star Google review and referring your friends once satisfied.

2. Fees & auto-renew policy

All Unity Gym products and services are charged in USD. UMS Online Coaching subscription fees are billed (and auto-renewed) on either a 28-day rolling cycle, or 365-day rolling cycle via Everfit and Stripe integration.

3. Subscription cancelation policy

For UMS Online Coaching subscriptions only, please email your cancellation request to [email protected] three (3) days prior to the next direct debit, including your reason for canceling in the request to help us improve our services. For security and geographical limitations, all refunds are processed using PayPal.

4. Office hours policy

Unity Gym customer support and coaching team regular office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm AEST. Coaches and customer support are not available on weekends, Australian public holidays, Christmas holiday period from Dec 25th until after Jan 2nd, and the Easter holiday period from Good Friday to Easter Monday.

5. Membership application & refund policy

UMS Online Coaching operates on an application basis, with only eight (8) new spots available each month.
To apply, you must first complete payment for either the monthly or annual membership option. After payment, you will receive access to the Everfit app, where you must complete a pre-exercise questionnaire for our coaching team to review.

Your application will then be assessed to ensure you are a suitable fit for the program and that our coaching team is confident we can help you achieve your goals. If your application is approved, your coaching begins immediately. If your application is not approved, Unity Gym will issue a full refund of your payment within five (5) business days.

This process ensures every new member is set up for success and maintains the high standards and results expected of the Unity Gym Tribe.

6. Acknowledgement & disclaimer

By purchasing any products and services, or signing up to the UMS Online Coaching (using Everfit), you ‌agree to, and accept the terms of service, and represent to Unity Gym (Unity Gym Online Pty Ltd, Unity Gym Holdings Pty Ltd, there directors, team members, partners and associates or other legal entities), that there’s no medical reason that you have withheld that would prevent you from proceeding with an exercise program without endangering your health, and you will not hold Unity Gym responsible for any injury or damage suffered to yourself as a result of training whilst following any of the Unity Gym or UMS programs.
