1. Support The UMS Tribe

Rad and I (Yani) do not spend money on advertising.

We do not believe in spamming people on social media.

Instead, we focus on creating world-class content that is free and available to everyone.

Our mission is to transform the lives of 1,000,000 people globally through powerful content and personalized UMS coaching.

We will continue reinvesting into you and our tribe.

In return, we ask for your support in three simple ways:

→ Support our online presence by liking, commenting on, or sharing our videos and emails whenever possible.

2. Fees & Payments Policy

Unified Movement System (UMS) fees are charged in USD via Everfit (Stripe integration).

Payment options include:

Payment Plan

Payments are billed every 28 days.

Up-Front Payment

Up-front payments are billed every 365 days.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and up to date.

3. Program Commitment, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

The Unified Movement System (UMS) is a 12-month program commitment.

Membership renews automatically at the end of each term.

If you do not wish to renew, you must email your cancellation request to:

Your request must be submitted at least seven (7) days before your next billing date.

Please include your reason for cancellation to help us improve our services.

4. Cooling-Off Period

You have a four (4) week cooling-off period from the date you join the program.

During this period you may cancel your membership for any reason.

Payment Plan Members

If you cancel during the cooling-off period, no further payments will be charged after cancellation.

Up-Front Members

If you paid the full amount up-front, you may request a pro-rated refund during the cooling-off period.

Refunds are calculated using the standard payment plan rate of $299 per month, not the discounted up-front price of $2,999. This ensures the up-front discount only applies when the full program commitment is completed.

Refund calculation:

Up-front payment minus the value of time used, calculated at $299 per month.

All refund requests must be submitted within four (4) weeks of joining the program.

After the cooling-off period has ended, purchases are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

All applications to join UMS Online Coaching require an initial payment, either via payment plan or up-front.

After reviewing your Pre-Exercise Questionnaire, if we determine that the UMS program is not suitable for you, your initial payment will be refunded.

For security and geographical reasons, refunds are processed via PayPal.

6. Office Hours

Unity Gym coaching and customer support operate during the following hours:

Monday to Friday

8:30am – 5:30pm AEST

Support is unavailable on:

→ Weekends

→ Australian public holidays

→ Christmas holiday period (December 25 – January 2)

→ Easter holiday period (Good Friday – Easter Monday)

7. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All training programs, coaching materials, videos, documents, and systems provided by Unity Gym are intellectual property owned by Unity Gym.

These materials are provided for personal use only.

You may not:

→ Share your account with others

→ Distribute program materials

→ Copy, reproduce, or republish any content

→ Sell or provide UMS programs to others

Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Account Access & Security

Your UMS account is for individual use only.

Sharing login details with other individuals is prohibited.

Unity Gym reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if account sharing or misuse is detected.

9. Payment Failure & Chargebacks

If a scheduled payment fails, Unity Gym will attempt to process the payment again.

If payments remain unpaid, access to coaching services and program materials may be suspended until the account is brought current.

By joining UMS, you agree to contact Unity Gym support before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.

10. Acknowledgement & Disclaimer

By purchasing or using any Unity Gym products or services, including enrollment in UMS Online Coaching via Everfit, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

You represent to Unity Gym (Unity Gym Online Pty Ltd, Unity Gym Holdings Pty Ltd, their directors, team members, partners, associates, and related entities) that you have not withheld any medical information that would prevent you from safely participating in an exercise program.

You acknowledge that participation in any exercise program carries inherent risk.

You accept full responsibility for your participation and agree not to hold Unity Gym liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while undertaking any Unity Gym or UMS training program.

11. Results Disclaimer

Unity Gym and the Unified Movement System (UMS) provide coaching, education, and training systems designed to help participants improve strength, flexibility, fitness, and overall physical performance.

However, individual results will vary based on factors including:

→ Consistency

→ Effort

→ Training history

→ Injury history

→ Nutrition

→ Sleep

→ Lifestyle factors

By joining UMS, you acknowledge that results depend on your active participation, consistency, and commitment to the program.

UMS does not guarantee specific timelines or identical results for every individual.

However, Unity Gym stands behind the program through our “Until You Win” Guarantee.

If you complete the full 12-month program, follow the coaching guidance, remain actively engaged with your coach, and do not deviate from your prescribed UMS program, but you have not become pain-free, stronger, more flexible, and in significantly better physical condition, Unity Gym will continue coaching you at no additional cost until you achieve meaningful results.

This guarantee reflects our commitment to supporting members who are willing to do the work and stay consistent with the process.
